Assessor Contact Time
View contentsThe Assessor Contact Time report shows the time each assessor has spent at visits between two dates, split by contact time with learners, employers, both learners and employers and other time.
Parameters
- Start / End Date - The report shows contact time which took place between the dates entered here.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, this will remove obsolete assessors from the assessor parameter and results.
- Assessor - This filters the assessors shown in the report.
- Visit Type - This filters the visit types which count towards the contact time.
- Visit Outcome - This filters the visit outcomes which count towards the contact time.
Layout
The report lists assessors on the left, and shows the total contact time for each category (learners, employers, etc) grouped by visit type and visit outcome. Clicking on a figure will show a list of the visits which comprise the contact time.
